Receta Easy Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 5 lg. potatoes
- Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- Bacon bits
- Chives, minced
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes till soft. Drain water. Beat and add in lowfat milk till consistency of mashed potatoes. Add in butter, lowfat sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits and minced chives over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min (till cheese melts).
