Receta Easy Veggie Pizza

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. pizza dough (homemade or possibly purchased - I use Claro's)
- 1 sm. jar Ragu pizza sauce (or possibly your brand)
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 med. yellow onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon pizza spices
Direcciones
- Roll out dough to make 2 pizzas. Spread sauce proportionately on both pizzas. Sprinkle each with about 3/4 of the Mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano. Pat mushrooms, green pepper and onion on pizzas and top with remaining cheeses. Sprinkle with pizza spices. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 min or possibly till crust is crispy.
