Ingredientes
- Flour Tortilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Buttermilk Salt Pepper
- 1 x Strip of bacon, cooked crisp Refried beans Chili Verde Mozzarella, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, as desired
Direcciones
- Heat tortilla on warm grill. Beat Large eggs with buttermilk, salt and pepper; scramble till set but not hard. Spread scrambled Large eggs on warmed tortilla.
- Top with a strip of crisply cooked bacon, refied beans, Chili Verde.
- Sprinkle heavily with cheeses; roll up. Smother with Chili Verde, if you like. Buzz in microwave oven till cheese is melted.
