  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt on piece of waxed paper. Beat together butter, margarine and sugar in bowl till creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla till well blended. Stir in flour mix. Shape into disks; wrap in plastic wrap; chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Heat oven to 350 F. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 3/8" thickness. Cut into rounds with 2 1/2" cookie cutter; reroll scraps. Place on prepared baking sheets, spacing 1 1/2" apart. Bake in 350 F. oven for 10-12 min or possibly untl lightly browned at edges. Remove cookies to wire rack to cold.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
  4. Prep Time: 20 min, Chill: Several hrs, Bake: 350 F. for 10-12 min
