Receta Egg Saving Angel Food Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. egg whites
- Ice water to make 1 c.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients 4 times, except salt. Beat egg whites and water to make 1 c. with cream of tartar and salt till stiff. Beat in flavorings. Mix in flour and sugar mix very gently. Turn into ungreased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cake from oven and rest pan on a funnel upside down till cold.
