Ingredientes
- 8 to 10 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 pkg. of 12 link sausages
- 1 can whole green chilies
- 1/2 onion, minced
- Grated cheese
- Salsa, salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry cubed potatoes, onions and chilies till potatoes are tender. Cook sausages separately, chop into pcs. Whisk Large eggs and lowfat milk together, along with desired salt and pepper.
- In large skillet, mix Large eggs, cooked potato mix, cubed ham and sausages all together and cook over low heat. Turn frequently so Large eggs will cook. When Large eggs are done, top with grated cheese and salsa, if you like. Allow cheese to heat and serve hot.
