Receta Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. Cool water
- 2 Tbsp. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 c. Whipping cream, or possibly Rich's whip
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Direcciones
- Sprinkle gelatin over cool wate Let stand until softened. Sti r in boiling water until dissolved.
- Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add in cream and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in gelatin mix and chill.
