- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Sift and mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the lowfat milk and shortening. Pour into paper lined muffin c. (2/3 full) and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
