Receta Bean Barley Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 ham hock
- 1 lg. onion, minced or possibly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. red beans, washed
- 1 c. barley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook beans according to directions. When half way cooked, add in the ham hock, onions, garlic, barley and cook till soft (beans and barley). Add in more boiling water, if too thick. Make it soupy as it will thicken. Can be frzn in cartons.
