- 1/2 lb Hard tofu, mashed
- 1 x Green onion, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Eggless mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Pickle relish
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 pch Salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
- NOTES : Great on whole wheat pita with sprouts (broccoli) Use fat-free mayonnaise
