Receta Eggs Stuffed With Capers, Olives, Anchovy, And Radish

Ingredientes
- 6 x hard-boiled large Large eggs halved
- 2 Tbsp. minced green olives
- 2 Tbsp. minced liquid removed bottled capers
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced radish
- 1 x flat anchovy fillet chopped and mashed to a paste
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
Direcciones
- In a bowl mash the yolks and combine them well with the olives, the capers, the radish, and the anchovy. Stir in the mayonnaise and the yogurt till the mix is combined well and season the mix with salt and pepper. Divide the mix among the whites and sprinkle the stuffed Large eggs with the parsley.
- Makes 12 stuffed egg halves.
