I was just wondering how much salt for the Ellens lemon pie filling please?

Receta Eileen's Lemon Pie Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Corn starch Salt
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 1/2 x Lemons - juice and grated rind
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Add in 2 c. of boiling water and cook till clear. Add in yolks of 2 Large eggs and cook about 3 min, stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add in the juice and rind of the lemons and mix well. Pour into baked pie crust and allow to thicken.
