Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly canola oil
  • 1/4 c. Unsulphured molasses
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1 c. Millet flour
  • 1 c. Uncooked oatmeal, not instant
  • 1/2 c. Flax seeds
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vital wheat gluten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly canola oil
  • 1/3 c. Unsulphured molasses
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1 1/2 c. Millet flour
  • 2 c. Uncooked oatmeal, not instant
  • 1 c. Flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Vital wheat gluten
  • 2 tsp Active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all remaining ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
