Receta Ella Carmelli's Israeli Brisket

Ingredientes
- 4 lb beef brisket
- 1 lrg onion, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. sweet Concord Passover wine
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Brown meat in Dutch oven or possibly heavy roasting pan.. If meat is very lean, use a little oil to brown. Add in sliced onion and brown. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour onto meat. Add in orange juice and wine to pan.
- Cover and roast at 350 degrees for about 3 hrs or possibly till tender or possibly cook on stove over medium heat for same length of time.
- Serves 8-10.
