  1. For salad dressing crush the garlic cloves in a wooden bowl and add in a healthy pinch of salt. Add in the cracked pepper, mustard, egg yolks, anchovy paste and lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir vigorously. Add in the extra virgin olive oil in a steady and stir till emulsified. Add in salt to taste.
  2. Salad:Shred cleaned romaine lettuce leaves and add in to salad bowl. Mix till salad is well coded with the dressing.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
