Receta Elsa's Sausage And Egg Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. breakfast sausage, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
- 3/4 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 T chopped dry onion
- 6 to 8 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or possibly 1 teaspoon reg. mustard
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan: line pan with bread slices. Add in cooked, liquid removed sausage, onions, cheese (layer). Beat large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min, uncovered.This recipe may be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
