Ingredientes
- 8 ounce diced beets (optional)
- 2 x oranges, peeled, sliced, and quarte, red
- 1 lrg jicama, peeled and cubed
- 3 slc fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 x bananas, sliced
- 1/2 c. peanuts, unsalted
- 1 x seeds from one pomegranate
Direcciones
- In a bowl, mix together, beets, oranges, jicama, and pineapple.
- Chill to thoroughly chill.
- Line a salad bowl or possibly platter with the shredded lettuce.
- Mix bananas into the fruit mix.
- Place on lettuce and garnish with peanuts and pomegranate seeds.
- Serves 6 to 8.
