Receta Ensaladang Labanos (Raddish Salad)
This is a favorite side dish of many Filipinos paired with anything fried.
Ingredientes
- 4 pcs medium labanos (Raddish)
- 1 pc medium onion (sliced)
- 2 pcs red tomato (diced)
- pinch of salt and pepper
- For Vinegar dressing:
- 2 tbsps. washed sugar
- 1/2 cup cane vinegar
- pinch of salt and pepper
- Mix according to taste
Direcciones
- Slide the raddish thinly and soak in water with salt. Let is stay for 10mins.
- Rinse the raddish several times.
- Plate the raddish in a platter piece by piece.
- Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and onions.
- Pour the vinegar mix on the salad before serving.
