Receta Ensaladang Manggang Hilaw (Green Mango Enchilada)
This side dish is one of my favorites. I make this whenever I have the right green mango that I could find. Even my family and friends learned to enjoy this too!
Ingredientes
- 1 big Green Mango *unripe mango (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 2 tbsp. shrimp paste
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Fold and mix gently to avoid crushing each of the ingredients.
- Place in a nice service bowl.
- Serve together with friend fish or meat
