Receta Escargot Bourgignone

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic Healthy pinch grated nutmeg
- 1 can escargot, well liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 tsp Pernod or possibly anise-flavored liqueur
Direcciones
- In large frying pan heat butter over high heat; stir in garlic and onion.
- Cook till vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in wine, liqueur, nutmeg and escargot; season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 min or possibly till flavors are blended. Sprinkle with parsley.
