Ingredientes
- 1 x clove garlic, smash fresh basil leaves fresh grnd pepper extra virgin olive oil
- 5 lrg tomatoes, peel, chop coarse, drain
- 1/2 lb pasta, cook
Direcciones
- Early in the morning, prepare the sauce in a bowl as follows: Put garlic in a bowl. Add in basil, pepper and cover with extra virgin olive oil. Let sit for 6 to 7 hrs.
- 1-1/2 hrs before serving place minced tomatoes in a colander and drain for 1-1/2 hrs. Toss pasta with sauce and top with tomatoes.
