Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1/3 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, virgin
- 4 clv garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp Soy sauce, light
- 2 x heavy dashes Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
- 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
Direcciones
- In a large sealable bag or possibly glass bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Add in meat and place in refrigerator over night or possibly at least 2 hrs. Turn meat freguently.
