Receta Fajita Nachos

Ingredientes
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 pound American cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound Jack cheese, grated
- 1 can whole chili beans
- 1 med. onion
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 pound beef chuck roast, minced fine
- 1 pound chicken, minced fine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. avocado
- 1 sm. jar your favorite salsa
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mash avocado and mix with salsa to make desired consistency. Refrigerate. Arrange 1 layer chips onto oven-proof plate. Top with cheese. Heat beans on stove. Saute onions and pepper and meat in extra virgin olive oil till done. Put 1 layer beans onto cheese-covered chips. Next, top with meat and vegetables. Top with more cheese. Put into oven till cheese melts. Top with lowfat sour cream and avocado mix. Serves 4.
