Receta Fat Free Spice Popovers

Ingredientes
- Egg substitute to equal 2 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute, flour, water, lowfat milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar till well blended. Allow batter to rest for 5 to 30 min. Meanwhile, place 4 custard c. on a cookie sheet and heat in a 375 degree oven.
- When c. are warm pour in batter, filling each c. 2/3 full. Bake for 30 min. Make a slit in the side of each popover with a knife and return to a 350 degree oven for 5 - 10 min. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 12 popovers.
