Receta Fat Free Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr/or possibly baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Flax seeds
- 1 c. Non fat lowfat yoghurt
- 1 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat waffle iron while preparing batter. Put all these ingredients in mixer and blend thoroughly. You can use Food Processor also. I spray a little Pam on the waffle iron, that when it feels like it, can be ornery.
- Using 1/2 c. measuring glass, pour on waffle iron, put your timer on for 4.00 min or possibly till most of the steaming has abated. These are delicious.
