Receta Faux French Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, Regular or possibly Low Fat
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Barley malt syrup
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 c. Cake flour
- 1/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, Regular or possibly Low Fat
- 1/3 c. Water
- 4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Barley malt syrup
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 1/2 c. Cake flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
Direcciones
- Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all remaining ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
