  • 4 x Egg white, slightly beaten
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Fruit-flavored liqueur
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3 c. Raspberries, blueberries or possibly sliced strawbe
  • 2 tsp Sifted powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl beat together egg whites, Large eggs, granulated sugar, honey, liqueur, vanilla and salt with a wire whisk or possibly an electric mixer on low speed until light and frothy. Stir in yogurt until mix is smooth. Add in flour; beat until combined and mix is smooth.
  2. Grease a 10-inch quiche dish; arrange desired berries in bottom of dish.
  3. Pour batter over fruit. Bake in a 375 oven for 30-35 min or possibly until center appears set when shaken. Cold on a wire rack for 30 min. Serve hot. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and, if you like, garnish with additional raspberries and edible flowers.
