Ingredients: 1 c. water; 3 Tbsp. honey; 1 Tbsp. butter; 1 tsp salt; 3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon; 1/3 c. wheat germ; 1 1/2 tsp cocoa pwdr; 4 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk; 3 c. bread flour; 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast; 1/2 can dry figs minced; 1/3 c. minced walnuts

Ingredientes

1 c. water
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
1/3 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp cocoa pwdr
4 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk
3 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 can dry figs minced
1/3 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

Place all ingredients (except walnuts and figs) in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic/white cycle and press start. If your machines basic/white cycle doesn't have an add in-in beep. Then use the cycle which does or possibly turn on the add in-in beep.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
