- Red Chilli – 1, small, finely chopped, seeds removed
- Capsicum – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Parsley – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Egg – 1
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
- Butter as required
- Spring Onions – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
- To Serve:
- Burger Buns – halved, toasted
- Lettuce – shredded
- Tomatoes – sliced
- Onions – sliced
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon Mustard
