Receta Fisherman's Cioppino

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 2 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 28 ounce Tomato, mashed
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Basil, dry
- 1 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 tsp Oregano, dry
- 1 tsp Marjarom, dry
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb Shrimp or possibly scallops, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh, minced
Direcciones
- In a 4 qt saucepan,saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender.Add in tomato sauce,tomatoes,bay leaf,basil,thyme,marjoram,oregano,wine and black pepper.Let simmer 20 to 30 min,uncovered,stirring occasionally.Add in shrimp or possibly scallops and simmer about 3 min.Throw away bay leaf.Add in parsley and serve.This soup is a complete meal when served with a green salad and French bread.
