Receta five-spice prcans
a very healthy,tasty snack. but a main ingredient in the spinac,kale and dandelion greens salad.
Ingredientes
- 4 t cannola oil
- 2 T plus 1/2 t honey
- 4 t water
- 1 1/2 t five-spice powder
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 1/4 t fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 t kosher salt

- heat oven to 350.put parchment paper on cookie sheet.set aside.in a medium pan,warm oil.over med. low heat.add 2T plus 1/2 t honey.stir well.add 4 t water,five-spice,cumin and black pepper.stir until bubbly.add pecans halves and mix well thickly coating all pecans about 3 minutes.spread evenly on cookie sheet.sprinkle with kosher salt.bake until fragrant and crisp,about 8 to 10 minutes.cool completely. use with spinach,kale and dandelion salad.
