a very healthy,good tasting alternative to traditional egg salad. great on crackers or in a sandwich.

  • 4 hard boiled eggs,peeled
  • 2 t sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 t white pepper
  • 1/4 t white chili powder or regular if you don't have white
  • juice of 1 fresh lime

Direcciones

  1. mash the hard boiled eggs in a bowl
  2. add and mix together the relish
  3. add and mix the pepper and the chili powder
  4. in a seperate bowl, mash the avacado
  5. add and mix well the lime juice.
  6. add avacado to the egg mixture and blend well
  7. chill
