Receta no mayo egg salad
a very healthy,good tasting alternative to traditional egg salad. great on crackers or in a sandwich.
Ingredientes
- 4 hard boiled eggs,peeled
- 2 t sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/4 t white chili powder or regular if you don't have white
- juice of 1 fresh lime
Direcciones
- mash the hard boiled eggs in a bowl
- add and mix together the relish
- add and mix the pepper and the chili powder
- in a seperate bowl, mash the avacado
- add and mix well the lime juice.
- add avacado to the egg mixture and blend well
- chill
