Ingredientes
- 10 tsp Margarine -- non-dairy
- 2 tsp Baking soda -- -softened
- 3 c. Flour, pastry -- whole Wheat
- 2 tsp Honey or possibly maple syrup -- Less 1 Tbsp.
- 1 tsp Flour -- soy
- 1/2 c. Almond lowfat milk -- soy lowfat milk or possibly
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor or possibly by hand, combine margarine, flours, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
- Combine egg replacer with lowfat milk and honey. Pour into dry mix and mix till dough forms into a ball. Drop batter on a lightly oild cookie sheet in 1/3-c. rounds. Bake 10 to 12 min, then cold on wire rack.
- Yields 10to 12 biscuits
