Receta Flounder With Fresh Dill

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Flounder Fillets
- 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour Salt Fresh Grnd Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped Fresh Dill
- 1 Tbsp. Snipped Fresh Chives
- 6 x Lemon Wedges
Direcciones
- Gently rinse fillets and pat dry. Mix flour, salt and pepper on a plate.
- Coat fillets with seasoned salt till completely covered. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook fillets in batches, turning once,till golden, about 2 min each side. Drain fillets on paper towels, then transfer to serving platter. Throw away oil in skillet. Add in margarine and herbs. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Pour over fish and serve with lemon wedges. 183 calories per serving.
