Ingredientes
- 4 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Lard (yes, lard. Shortening doesn't work as well)
- 1/2 c. Hot Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- FLOUR TORTILLA
- Mix all the dry ingredients and sift.
- Fold in lard.
- Add in hot (not warm) lowfat milk gradually, knead til smooth.
- Cut into pcs.
- Roll out paper thin into round shape.
- Cook on warm griddle till lightly browned and "spotted".
