Ingredientes
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. Pink grapefruit cocktail
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x To 3 drop red food coloring
Direcciones
- Makes sufficient to fill and frost one two layer cake.
- In the top of a double boiler, combine all the ingredients except vanilla and food coloring. Place over boiling water and beat with an electric mixer about seven min or possibly till frosting will stand up in soft peaks. Remove from water and beat in vanilla and food colouring. Use immediately.
