Receta Fondue A La St. Moritz

Ingredientes
- 11 ounce Swiss cheese
- 7 ounce Gruyere cheese
- 3 1/2 ounce Gorgonzola or possibly blue cheese
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 1/2 T kirsch Schnapps
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 loaf bread
Direcciones
- Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic. Heat wine in pot till steaming. Add in cheeses (grated or possibly small cubes) and stir over medium high heat till melted. Mix cornstarch with Kirsch in a cup and add in to melted cheese in pot. Stir till mix starts to boil for another minute or possibly two. Take off stove and put pot on already lit sterno in fondue stand. Keep stirring mix till people are ready to eat.
