Receta Fondue Italiano

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd chuck
- 8 ounce Ragu sauce
- 12 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chianti wine
- Italian bread, cut in bite size pcs
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan, brown the grnd chuck; drain well. Stir in the Ragu sauce. Add in cheeses gradually, stirring over low heat till melted. Blend together the cornstarch and wine, add in to cheese mix. Cook and stir till mix is thickened and bubbly. Keep warm by putting mix into fondue pot. Dip bread into mix and enjoy. (If mix is too thick add in a little more wine.)
