Receta Fred Goslin's Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Fresh Mushrooms
- 3 slc Bacon
- 1/3 c. Green onion (minced fine)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3 dsh Red pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Chedder cheese (shredded)
Direcciones
- 1) Wash mushrooms... Remove the stems and chop them fine... Place the mushroom caps on paper toweling on dinner plate and microwave on medium high (70%) for 1 minutes., then drain and set aside... Place bacon in medium size bowl and microwave on high (100%)
- till crisp 2 to three minutes., drain and add in minced mushroom stems, onions, salt and pepper,and red-pepper sauce... Microwave on high
- (100%) untill mushrooms and onions are tender 2 to 3 minutes...
- 2. Blend in flour, stir in cream till smooth... Reduce power setting to med-high (70%) and microwave till thickened and smooth 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once or possibly twice during cooking... then stir in the cheese...
- 3. Fill each mushroom cap with the bacon mix, and place around the edge of round dinner plate... Microwave on high (100%)
- till cheese melts 1 to 1 minutes., rotating the plate turn after the cooking time...
