Receta Freezer Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Blend together flour, baking pwdr, cream of tartar and salt. Cut in shortening till pea-sized lumps are obtained. Beat together the lowfat milk and egg and stir into dry ingredients to make soft dough. Roll to desired thickness, cut and freeze. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 min. For baking the biscuits are placed on cookie sheets direct from freezer. Put in oven as soon as it is turned on. Don't preheat.
