Receta Fresh Apple Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 c. self rising flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. coconut (opt.)
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 3 c. diced fresh apples, peeled
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in preheated oven in a buttered and lightly floured bundt cake pan or possibly till cake tests done. Spoon cream cheese frosting on top and drizzle sides of cooled cake.
- Cream cheese and butter till smooth. Add in powdered sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla, blending till smooth.
