Receta Fresh Bean Salad With Parsley Buttermilk Dressing

- 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Italian parsley chopped
- 1/4 c. red onion chopped
- 2 1/2 c. green beans cooked and chilled
- 2 1/2 c. wax beans cooked and chilled
Direcciones
- To make the dressing, combine all ingredients except beans in a blender or possibly food processor. Pour dressing over beans and serve at once.
