  • 2 1/2 c. Cooked beans (pinto, kidney, black, garbonzo)
  • 1/2 c. Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Grated carrot
  • 1/2 bn Parsley, minced Alfalfa sprouts Pita bread or possibly tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple cider or possibly rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Eden low sodium tamari
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Blend or possibly whisk dressing and add in to beans, scallions, carrots, and parsley.
  2. Let marinate at least 15 min. Slice pita bread in half and stuff with marinated beans. Top with alfalfa sprouts and serve.
