- 1/2 c. Salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Vanilla or possibly peach yogurt
- 1/2 c. Halved seedless green or possibly red grapes
- 1/2 c. Cubed nectarine or possibly peeled peach
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 c. Purchased coleslaw blend
- 1 Tbsp. Minced peanuts or possibly shelled sunflower seeds, if you like

- In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.
- In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
