Receta Fresh Fruit Salad With Honey Rum Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Minced crystallized ginger
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Rum extract
- 2 c. Halved strawberries
- 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
- 1 x Papaya, peeled, sliced

- In a small saucepan, combine dressing ingredients. Heat just to boiling; remove from heat. Cold to room temperature.
- In medium bowl, combine fruit. Pour dressing over fruit mix; toss lightly. Chill 1 hour to blend flavors, tossing occasionally.
