Receta Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1Â 3/4 c. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Rhubarb
- Â Â Pastry for 10" double crust Pie
Direcciones
- Line a 10" pie pan with pastry. Beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Add in rhubarb. Pour into pastry shell. Top with second pastry.
- Seal, crimp edges and cut slits in top crust. Bake at 400 F. for 45-55 min.
