Receta fresh ground brisket burger
ask your butcher for the flat cut of brisket for the leanest choice this is so good all you will need is ketchup and mustard or use my recipe for barbecue sauce, add lettuce tomato,red onion and you are good to go and ask your butcher to grind your brisket or grind your own .

Ingredientes
- 1 1lb ground brisket
- 2tblsgood olive oil
- salt and pepper to yaste
- cooking spray
- 4slices cheddar cheese
- 4 buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices red onion
- 4 slices tomato
- mayo mustard or my barbecue sauce
Direcciones
- preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat
- make 4patties sprinkle with salt and pepper
- spray grill or grill pan with spray
- place patties on grill for about 2 min or until grill marks appear
- turn patties grill3 more min.top with cheese until it melts
- toast buns add lettuce,tomato, and onion,add barbecue sauce or mustard ,mayo and enjoy the brisket makes an amazing burger add my barbecue sauce ,serve with slaw and fresh fruit its not only healthy but tastes so good.
