Receta Lemon Grass Drink

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lemon grass - (12 to 14 stalks)
- 2 quart water
- 1/3 c. sugar or possibly more
Direcciones
- Wash the lemon grass. Trim off any root remaining at the bottom of the stalks. Roughly chop.
- Place the water and minced lemon grass in a large saucepan. Bring it to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Cold to room temperature. Strain the liquid, discarding the lemon grass. Stir in additional sugar to taste. Refrigerateor possibly serve over ice.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
