- 1 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. Minced seeded fresh red serrano or possibly red jalapeno chilies
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in processor and blend till very finely minced.
- (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Chill in covered container.)
- Makes about 1 c..
