- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp minced green onions
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp stone-grnd mustard, if you like Salt and pepper to taste

- Vinaigrette is a classic marinade to use with cooked or possibly raw winter vegetables.
- Try this one over minced red and green cabbage, leaf lettuce, and sliced red onions.
- Combine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, onions, sugar, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper in a shaker jar; mix well.
